Graduated from FTII in 1984. Since then I have been working in the Film, Advertising and TV Industry as Director of Photography and Director. I have worked with some of the well known personalities from the film industry such as Ramesh Sippy, Ketan Mehta, Pankuj Parashar, Vinod Chopra, Kalpana Lajmi, Pankaj Kapur and Vijay Tendulkar. I have served on the Jury of 63 rd Indian National Film Awards as Chairman of South Zone and member of the Central Jury. I have also served on the Jury of International Emmy (Asian Region) Awards, Indian Telly Awards, ITA and IDPA Awards. I have been member of the Academic Council, Faculty Appointment & Students' Selection Committee of FTII. I have been on the Students' Selection Committee of SRFTI, Kolkata. Apart from FTII I have been on the list of Visiting Faculty of Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, MIT Institute of Design and MIT Film & TV School, Pune. Rohit Bose Roy is a multi award winning actor/director. He is known for his starting roles in superhit Hindi television serials such as Sarkar, Baat baj jaye, Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Kusum etc and the debuted with the 1st daily soap of india, Swabhimaan, where he played the intense Rishabh Malhotra! Rohit has also acted in notable Bollywood movies such as Kaabil, Mumbai Saga, LoC, Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, Apartment and Plan amongst others. He starred in the movie Shootout at Lokhandwala, in which he portrayed the character of Fattu! Roy has also directed a short film named Rice Plate - as a part of the anthology film Dus Kahaniyaan starring Shabana azmi and Naseeruddin Shah! Roy launched his own fashion brand in the year 2020, Rohit Roy for Styched, in association with Styched Life.

Founder & Creative Producer of Jigsaw Pictures set out to put his life changing puzzle together about 16 years ago after much appreciation of his first short film, The Fall and set up this production house.
Rajnish came from a non-production background having a cumulative Corporate work experience of over 12 years spread across big MNC advertising agencies (Clarion, Contract & Bates). He worked closely & handled some of the largest & diverse brands. Then as the Marketing Head of a youth & GE channels at B4U Network creating (in the early 2000s) executing strategies for pan India communication campaigns & contact programmes to appeal to the youth & the older audiences. Along with the Creative team he brainstormed & curated content for the audience of both the channels.
Born in Patna, he moved to Bombay in 1980 with his family, completed his schooling & graduation from HR College.
Jigsaw Pictures, over these creatively exciting years has solved many a production mind bender, shooting both in India & foreign locations. It has produced over 500 TVCs, short films, digital films, AVs, Corporate films, music videos & a feature film Sooper se Ooper, along with Reliance Entertainment, which released in Oct 2013.
Our last seen work in the long format are 2 Seasons (23 episodes) of Thinkistan for MX Player. Thinkistan garnered good viewership as well as critical acclaim from the audience & critics alike largely in the urban centres pan India. In fact, our first web series was nominated among the best 10 Premium Indian Original Digital content in 2019. Jigsaw Pictures in this extended pandemic lockdown is discussing & developing various web shows with leading OTTs & also working on a couple of feature films with 2 big studios. And it continues to shoot TVCs on a regular basis.

Throughout her career, Ravina has won many awards in television and radio broadcasting and as a creative head in advertising. Ravina's academic profile includes studying Feature Filmmaking and Broadcast News from New York University (NYU). She has earned a Diploma from the London School of Journalism, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Economics and Literature from Bangalore University.
Ravina is also an alumnus of the Insead Social Entrepreneurship Program. She is also a social impact activist. She founded a citizen's movement in Delhi against air pollution in 2016 called #MyRightToBreathe. the movement has since grown into a unique coalition of professional organisations, environment experts, researchers, lawyers, doctors , educators, parents and children with a National footprint. She also started No Rape India in 2019 to create an amplified voice to prevent Rape and Sexual Violence and encourage participation in a Citizen Responder Network to increase reporting of incidents and accountability from authorities.
She has co founded Police Sahi Toh Desh Sahi, a movement to engage citizens in Police Reform.
She also writes for various platforms on current affairs, citizen empowerment and social justice.

Currently, as the Network Vice President - Corporate Strategy & Development at IN10 Media Network (Mahindra Group), she is the core part of all strategic actions & decisions for 9 business brands under the network. Her key responsibilities include - Network Corporate Communication & PR, Development of Strategies, Collaborations & Partnerships, Fund Raising, Brand Building, Internal Cross-Promotional Strategies for the network and the individual brands. Additionally, she got the ball rolling for Content Originals for a few of the linear broadcast brands and is the Founding Member of a newly launched Hindi GEC 'Ishara'.
